 Excellent customer service skills

 Good team working and communication skills, Good organisational ability and attention to detail, High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively and confidently with patients and colleagues by phone and face-to-face, Experience of working in a GP practice is not essential - but compassion, a sense of humour, attention to detail and professionalism is.

The dispensary is for patients who live more than 1 mile from a retail pharmacy. If you believe you fulfill this criteria (which is set by the government), please let us know as the practice is able to dispense most medications prescribed before you leave the surgery (saving any delay or need to visit a pharmacy).

The dispensary accepts telephone requests for repeat prescriptions from elderly and housebound patient only. Calls will be accepted between 10:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 17:00. The dispensary is closed to patients between 1-2pm daily.
