CALL 111 when it's less urgent than 999 (click here for guide to services)

Where should I go for help?

-------------------------------------

Wasted appointments

In October alone, the practice lost 37 hours of clinician appointment time due to patients not attending their appointments and not letting us know so that we could rebook other patients in their place. This is the equivalent of 1 full working week.

Please consider the effect that not attending your appointments may have on other patients and the availability of appointments in general.

We really appreciate being told as soon as posisble if you cannot attend, as we can reuse your appointment for another patient in need.

Flu vaccine

Still available, it's not too late! Please call if you think you are eligible to book.

Travel vaccines

Please let us know well in advance if you are planning a holiday and think you may require travel vaccines. All travel vaccines have to be paid for prior to the nurse appointment.
