For a GP- requested blood test, please phone the reception desk on 01335 300588 to book your appointment with one of our Healthcare Assistants. Appointments are available Monday to Friday.
For all hospital-requested blood tests, please book online using the Swiftqueue appointment system: https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk. Appointments are available at a range of local hospitals.
Appointments for blood tests MUST have been requested by your doctor or other health care professional.
